Made in the same fashion as our Blood Orange, our Eureka Lemon is produced by pressing whole lemons together with olives. A light, refreshing flavor of lemon is just perfect to saute shrimp and scallops or to drizzle on chicken or fish. Pairs beautifully with our white or dark balsamics for a salad dressing. Use for baking in place of vegetable oil.

This lemon olive oil is my favorite! I had an arugula prosciutto pizza at a local eatery and it was drizzled with lemon olive oil so I went looking for my own and found it here! I use it on salads, mix it with pasta, etc. So delicious!

Really like this lemon oil! Just ordered the large size after using up my mini. I used the lemon oil plus a little salt and pepper with Brussels sprouts. Roasted at 375F and added a spoonful of the Cranberry Pear balsamic. It was a hit at Thanksgiving dinner, even more than the batch of brussies roasted with bacon!
