Made in the same fashion as our Blood Orange, our Eureka Lemon is produced by pressing whole lemons together with olives. A light, refreshing flavor of lemon is just perfect to saute shrimp and scallops or to drizzle on chicken or fish. Pairs beautifully with our white or dark balsamics for a salad dressing. Use for baking in place of vegetable oil.

The Perfect Pairings w/ Balsamics

Tastes great with the Honey Ginger, Pomegranate, Black Cherry, Blackberry Ginger, Strawberry, Raspberry, Peach, and Traditional 18-Year Old Aged Balsamic.

    Honestly, the best olive oil I’ve ever used
    The lemon is probably my favorite, but the leek and basil are awesome too
    Salads, sautéed veggies, drizzle on a toasted bagel

    In addition , the owners are the kindest and most helpful people. Love supporting small biz and this is at the top of my list.

    This lemon olive oil is my favorite! I had an arugula prosciutto pizza at a local eatery and it was drizzled with lemon olive oil so I went looking for my own and found it here! I use it on salads, mix it with pasta, etc. So delicious!

    Really like this lemon oil! Just ordered the large size after using up my mini. I used the lemon oil plus a little salt and pepper with Brussels sprouts. Roasted at 375F and added a spoonful of the Cranberry Pear balsamic. It was a hit at Thanksgiving dinner, even more than the batch of brussies roasted with bacon!
