I bought the small bottle in their new store on the main street in Williams. After I tried it, I bought the small bottle to try on Scotty’s suggestion. (I love that they have different sized bottles!). I had it yesterday on my caprese salad with a little olive oil. It was so good, I also dipped my strawberries in it!

Since our first bottle, I have not bought another salad dressing. We use it straight from the b little not even sing oil. It gets raves from anyone we serve it to. In fact i just received a test from a friend (now hooked) saying she needed more.

Before shopping here I hadn’t tasted a white balsamic vinegar. I love that they let you taste before you buy. This one is so smooth you can drink it! I combine it with the lemon olive oil for salads and pastas. I have bought several bottles of it. Highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed!
