Warm up your taste buds this holiday season with this delicious warm maple and ginger balsamic glazed Salmon!
- 1/3 C The Olive the Best Blackberry Ginger Balsamic
- 3/4 C Maple syrup
- 4 cloves Garlic, peeled and minced
- 3/4 tsps Red flakes
- Salt to taste
- 3 lb Salmon, skin on
- 4 T The Olive the Best’s Picual, Frantoio, or Arbequina Evoo
Pre-heat grill to medium. In a small bowl, mix together Balsamic, syrup, garlic, red pepper flakes and salt. Coat both sides of salmon with olive oil. Place salmon, flesh side down, on the grill. Cook 7-8 minutes. Turn over then spoon sauce over the cooked side of the fish. Grill until sauce has formed a glaze and the salmon is opaque in the center, about 4-5 minutes.
