Eating healthy should never be boring! This is not only delicious but so easy to make!
- 1/4 cup Walnut Oil
- 1/2 cup Cranberry Pear Balsamic
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- salt & pepper to taste
- 6 cups Mixed greens
- 1 firm, ripe pear cored and sliced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup Stilton cheese crumbled
- 1/2 cup toasted walnuts
- 1/2 cup creen onions
For the Dressing: Whisk together 1st 5 ingredients & set aside.
For Salad: Toss greens with remaining ingredients. Drizzle dressing over salad until coated.
