Having a healthy holiday dip is important… and here it is!
- 1 large cucumber,seeded and diced
- 1/2 red onion diced
- 1 stalk celery,washed and diced
- 3 tablespoon Honey Ginger balsamic
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons chopped mint
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Mix everything together in a large bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
