Ingredients:
Chipotle Mango Wings
- 3 lbs. chicken wings, separated at joints, tips discarded
- 2 T. Olive the Best Chipotle Olive Oil
- 3 T. Chipotle Barbecue Seasoning
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 C. The Olive the Best Alfoos Mango White Balsamic Vinegar
Avocado Mango Dipping Sauce
- 1 avocado, peeled and diced
- 1/2 large mango’s, peeled and diced
- 1 jalapeño, chopped (remove seeds and membranes for less heat)
- 1 t. Chipotle Barbecue Seasoning
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 T. The Olive the Best Chipotle Olive Oil
Directions:
Avocado Mango Dipping Sauce
Add all ingredients to food processor and process to desired consistency. Set sauce aside.
Chipotle Mango Wings
Preheat oven to 425 degrees in a large bowl toss wings with Chipotle Olive Oil, Chipotle Barbecue Rub and salt. Allow to sit for about 15-20 minutes. Place on sheet pan and bake in oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, brush both sides of wings with Alfoos Mango Balsamic Vinegar. Return to oven for another 10 minutes (turning once), and then broil 5 minutes longer to caramelize. Serve wings with dipping sauce and enjoy!
