Having a healthy holiday dip is important… and here it is!

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber,seeded and diced
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 1 stalk celery,washed and diced
  • 3 tablespoon Honey Ginger balsamic
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix everything together in a large bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
