I’ve tried various oils and balsamic vinegars from here and really enjoy all of them so far. However, this one is my favorite. The flavor isn’t heavy and is bright. It goes well on salads, and I have also put it on steak and chicken. I’m going to keep putting in/on different foods and I’m sure I’ll keep loving it.
