I purchased the Dark Chocolate Balsamic vinegar on-site at Olive the Best in Flagstaff. It lives exactly up to its name. A delicious Balsamic Vinegar with a healthy note of good dark chocolate flavor. I was originally looking for a variation of balsamic vinegar that was less-sweet and a touch more bitter; however, the dark chocolate tone in this Balsamic made for an amazing dressing for berries or lighter salads that called for something sweet, with that distinct decadent flavor. It serves as a fantastic compromise for dishes that ride the line between dinner or dessert.
