From the Barbary coast of North Africa, the Tunisian Baklouti Pepper is rare and unique to this region. The oil is prepared by combining one pound of Chemlali olives with 1.6 pounds of Fresh Baklouti Chilies. The two ingredients are crushed in the melaxer simulltaneously to produce a floral and pungent flavor. Use for eggs, finishing off soup, spicy stir-fry and lentils. Our fused olive oils are very special and unique!

This is by far my favorite olive oil, the flavor profile of the green chili is unmatched. It’s a complete hit at every party for dipping bread into with some black pepper and balsamic, I use it in just about every salad I make, mashed potatoes, eggs, grilled cheese, pastas, you name it. I have gifted this over the years and my whole family is obsessed with it. It’s incredible and I really really hope it will be restocked soon! I am in desperate need of a replenishment, my salads are so sad without this!

One of my top 3 oils I use regularly. I love to have a little spice in pretty much everything I make and this oil gives an excellent, flavorful base layer of spice. I use it regularly when cooking chicken, veggies and even occasionally some beef.
