Our Greek Sage Fused Olive Oil is made by using 100% mechanical cold extraction methods: crushing whole fresh wild sage with early harvest, freshly picked Greek olives.

This fused olive oil has captured the best qualities of sage! The agrumato process has produced a delicate, and romantic essence of this herb that translates into this beautiful oil.

Perfect with poultry, pork or lamb. Spectacular drizzled over sautéed vegetables or roasted potatoes.

Pairs well with Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic & Oregano White Balsamic.

    This is a necessity for any/all chicken or turkey recipes. I also always include it when I make the traditional “Thanksgiving” stuffing. It can be hard to find sage olive oil by itself. Most places blend it with another herb or flavor. But this is true sage, and it’s delicious.

    I do a lot of cooking, and sage is probably my favorite herb. So I was thrilled when, a few years ago, I found this sage fused olive oil at Olive the Best in Flagstaff. For the first time, here was a sage olive oil that wasn’t fused with anything else (I’d seen combos of sage with other things like onion or mushroom at other places in the past). I have been buying this product regularly ever since, because I absolutely love it.
