It is sweet, tart, a little spicy and made from 100% honey. This vinegar is delicious and distinct, and adds mellow spicy-honey flavor to salads, pan sauces for roasted meats, seafood and poultry. Toss with sliced strawberries and a grinding of black pepper for a delicious dessert combination. Also great for cocktails!

Paired beautifully with Cilantro roasted onion, Blood Orange, Lemon, Lime, Basil, Herbs de Provence, Garlic, Chipotle, and Harissa Olive Oil.
I love to add this to my nightly salad dressing. It gives it just a nice bite without being overwhelmingly spicy. This is also great to add into a bread dip with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Unfortunately my family doesn’t share my love of spiciness so I can’t use it in family meals.
