This special olive oil is made in the same manner as Blood Orange and Baklouti Green Chili. When the Tunisian Olives are ripe they are crushed, or fused together with fresh Wild Rosemary to create this amazing oil. It is both complex and aromatic. It is perfect for grilling, pork, lamb, chicken and vegetables. Great as a bread dipping or tossed with pasta.

Tastes great with the 18 year old, Strawberry, Fig, Black Currant, Raspberry, Black Cherry, & Pomegranate Dark Balsamic, Peach White Balsamic, Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic, and Oregano White Balsamic.
