This special olive oil is made in the same manner as Blood Orange and Baklouti Green Chili. When the Tunisian Olives are ripe they are crushed, or fused together with fresh Wild Rosemary to create this amazing oil. It is both complex and aromatic. It is perfect for grilling, pork, lamb, chicken and vegetables. Great as a bread dipping or tossed with pasta.

The Perfect Pairings w/ Balsamics

Tastes great with the 18 year old, Strawberry, Fig, Black Currant, Raspberry, Black Cherry, & Pomegranate Dark Balsamic, Peach White Balsamic, Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic, and Oregano White Balsamic.

    This is a MUST have. I use it so often that I make a point to keep two bottles on hand. I use it every time I roast potatoes or chicken. It’s also a key component in my rosemary shallot panzanella. I’m not sure I could live without it.

    This rosemary olive oil is one of my favorites (just behind sage) and I buy it frequently. It is perhaps even more useful than the sage variety; I use it regularly while making dinners for my family. It can be hard to find elsewhere so I’m grateful it’s offered here.
