Each strand of pasta is made by hand into a 1″-wide, delicate silky ribbon. The colors come from natural dehydrated vegetable dyes, but the delicious flavor is due to the selection of the durum wheat. Use with any delicate sauce, such as a basil pesto or creamy tomato sauce.
