We were walking and shopping in downtown Flagstaff today and saw this shop and came in. Scott the owner was there and he was extremely knowledgeable about the various oils and vinegars selling. He mixed up a few for tasting….one of which we had to take home a garlic olive oil and then a Tuscany balsamic vinegar…..oh my goodness it was so good.
There were so many different types that it was hard to choose from but in the end I had to get that first one. This shop is a real gem and it was something that we will definitely come back and try again.
I highly recommend it….!
